The IPO comprises a fresh issue worth Rs 300 crore and an offer for sale of up to 1,56,02,999 shares, worth Rs 900.29 crore. At the upper end of the price band, the issue size stands at Rs 1,200.29 crore.

The blue-chip CSI300 index ended down 1.3 per cent to 4,898.16, while the Shanghai Composite Index lost 1 per cent to 3,562.31 points.

Earlier this month, the U.S. bank’s index team said that Indian government bonds were on track to be placed on index watch for inclusion. The ability to access the market through an international central security depository such as Euroclear, and clarity on taxes were among key hurdles cited by investors.

“For the quarter ended September, NAM India assets under management has grown 10.4% faster than the industry growth of 9%, leading to an overall improvement of market share by 21 bps for the first six months of FY22. ”

As of 30-Sep-2021, promoters held 29.82 per cent stake in the company, while FIIs held 51.54 per cent and domestic institutional investors had 7.25 per cent.

The Relative Strength Index of the stock stood at 58.46 on Wednesday.

The Nikkei slipped less than 8 points to close at 29,098.24, maintaining most of the previous days surge of about 500 points. The index earlier sank as low as 28,870.25.

A majority of brokerages are positive on Nykaa IPO and have given it a subscribe rating.
