According to reports, the company said this amount is proposed to be raised by the issuance of securities, including bonds, debentures, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) and commercial papers of any other marketable instruments in one or more tranches on private placement or any other mode.

The company’s consolidated revenue grew by 15 per cent to Rs 492 crore from Rs 427 crore during the period.

The stock quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 45162.9 and a 52-week low of Rs 27287.9.
