As of 30-Sep-2021, promoters held 54.92 per cent stake in the company, while FIIs held 17.83 per cent and domestic institutional investors had 0.13 per cent.

The stock quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 332.6 and a 52-week low of Rs 175.3.

As per the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) website, so far in the current financial year (April-March), the government has received Rs 8,572 crore as dividend from central public sector enterprises (CPSEs).

The company will utilize net proceeds from the fresh issue for establishing new retail stores. The remaining portion will be considered for repayment of debt and enhancing the brand visibility.

“I personally believe that India will be both in top 5 and top 3 with regard to the best performing market. Promoters held 41.94 per cent stake in the company as of 30-Sep-2021, while FII and DII ownership stood at 41.41 per cent and 9.41 per cent, respectively.

“One must look to add a little bit of more risk, more beta when the cycle is going good and that is where midcap and smallcap banks have a role to play.”

The blue-chip CSI300 index fell 0.3% to 4,963.10, while the Shanghai Composite Index also lost 0.3% to 3,597.64 points.
