Surat-based Ami Organics and its shareholders are eyeing to raise about Rs 570 crore through its primary offering. The issue consists of issuance of fresh equity shares worth Rs 200 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) by promoters and existing shareholders of up to 6,059,600 equity shares.

The initial public offer (IPO) saw 35 per cent subscription by 11.20 am. It saw bids for 86,35,088 shares against the total issue size of 2,50,26,646 shares.

The global crypto market cap jumped to a hovering $2.22 trillion mark, gaining about 7 per cent compared to the last day. On the other hand, the total crypto market volume edged up a per cent to $127.72 billion.

In the spot market, highest purity gold was sold at Rs 47,279 per 10 gram while silver was priced at Rs 63,072 per kg on Tuesday, according to the Indian Bullion and Jewellers Association.

On the technical charts, the 200-day moving average of the stock stood at Rs 311.58.

The Nifty Realty index was trading 0.99 per cent up at 412.4.
