Goldman Sachs sees macro headwinds emerging as the US Federal Reserve and the Reserve Bank of India tighten financial conditions and crude oil prices stay elevated, which could be risks to the market.

Total income fell to Rs 24.52 crore in the second quarter of this fiscal year from Rs 32.98 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year, according to a regulatory filing.

The company has decided to allocate a total of 46,21,757 equity shares to 32 anchor investors at Rs 662 apiece, aggregating the transaction size to Rs 305.96 crore, according to a circular uploaded on the BSE website.

The REIT backed by developer K Raheja Corp and global private equity major Blackstone Group has reported net operating income of Rs 359.2 crore for the quarter, up 6.7 per cent from a year ago.

Grasim’s consolidated revenue for Q2FY22 was up 26 per cent at Rs 22,564 crore. EBITDA was up 19 per cent at Rs 4,282 crore.

Consolidated total revenue from operations stood at Rs 14,076.39 crore as against Rs 14,957.21 crore in the year-ago quarter, it added.
