AGS Transact Technologies will launch its initial public offering (IPO) on Wednesday, January 19. Mumbai-based company will sell its shares in the range of Rs 166-175. The public issue is purely an offer of sale (OFS) of equity shares by the promoter. As a part of the OFS, promoter Ravi B Goyal will sell shares worth up to Rs 680.

Promoters held 74.99 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Dec-2021, while FII and DII ownership stood at 9.44 per cent and 6.23 per cent, respectively.

One97 Communication’s share price rose to a high of Rs 1080.6 as against 1031.40 at the previous close on the BSE. The counter was last trading 2.9 per cent higher. In opening trade, it had slipped below the Rs 1,000 level for the first time since listing to hit a fresh low of Rs 995.
