A total of 253,342 shares changed hands on the counter till 01:14PM (IST).

On the stock market, volatility soared as Moscow Exchange partially opened its stock market section for the first time since late February, with the benchmark MOEX stock index climbing 11% on the day to 2,742.2.

Promoters held 66.33 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Dec-2021, while FII and DII ownership stood at 20.8 per cent and 0.14 per cent, respectively.

Analysts are largely upbeat about the issue as the company is selling shares at a deep discount to the prevailing prices. Moreover, the company plans to use the fund to pay off debts, which will also strengthen its balance sheet.

Pabrai on Thursday tweeted a snapshot of the letter, which seemed to be sent by ace investor Warren Buffett, praising him for his efforts that were "far more impressive than what business titans, investment gurus and famous politicians ever accomplish."

Axis Securities believes GRIL is well-placed to capitalise on these opportunities by leveraging its established track record and healthy financial position.

The Nikkei closed at a session high, up 0.25% at 28,110.39, the highest since Jan. 18. It slumped to a 16-month intraday low of 24,681.74 on March 9.

“We have added two stocks to our portfolio – JK Paper and PCBL. Both are structural in nature, new capacities are coming, capex is behind, the industry cycle in our favour. We are beginning to see that over the next three-four years, a very nice cash flow cycle is playing out.”

The stock quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 1356.9 and low of Rs 918.0.

As per the red herring prospectus, 75 per cent of the issue will be reserved for qualified institutional investors, another 15 for non-institutional bidders and the rest for retail investors.
