The company has slashed its offer size to Rs 5,235 crore from Rs 7,460 crore as planned earlier. It will issue fresh equity shares worth Rs 4,000 crore and existing shareholders and promoters will offload shares worth Rs 1,235 crore.

The bank has made an additional standard assets provision of Rs 26 crore, taking the total provision to Rs 123 crore against Rs 97 crore earlier.

The Future Group flagship firm is facing an insolvency petition by its lenders before the National Company Law Tribunal. There is an exodus of people from the board and at other levels in several Future group companies after Rs 24,713 crore deal was called off by Reliance Retail.
