Vedanta Q1 Results: Mining major Vedanta on Thursday posted its first quarter results for FY26, reporting a 11.7% year-on-year (YoY) decline in its consolidated net profit to Rs 3,185 crore. However, the company’s revenue from operations rose by 5.75% YoY to Rs 37,824 crore, up from Rs 35,764 reported a year ago.

Adani Enterprises Q1 Results: Adani Enterprises experienced a 45% profit drop in the first quarter, reaching Rs 976.48 crore. Revenue also decreased by 13.7% to Rs 21,961.20 crore. Lower trade volumes and index price volatility impacted performance. However, incubating businesses saw a 5% EBITDA increase, driven by Airports and Roads segments. Navi Mumbai Airport and other projects are expected to contribute to future EBITDA.

Nuvama Wealth Management shares fell nearly 4% after Income Tax officials searched its offices in connection with the Jane Street market manipulation case. Although not directly accused, Nuvama’s link as Jane Street’s Indian partner has spooked investors amid regulatory scrutiny.
